Traditional Lace Wig Install

Installing a lace wig with adhesive is the most common method of installs. When using adhesive you will get the most flawless results. When using high quality lace it will melt into into the skin creating a virtually invisible look.
Myth: This method takes out your edges.
Truth: When I Install your wigs using this method your natural hairline is fully protected with a stocking cap. Proper Removal is essential when removing your lace wig. Even if the lace is lifted use lace remover solution to remove your wig for the preservation of your edges. Leaving the lace on too long after it starts to pull back can also cause hair loss. Proper removal of the Stocking cap is also essential.
Myth: It Doesn't Last Long.
Truth: The truth of the matter is lace styles in general are high maintenance by its nature. It isn't going to last as long as braids would, so tying it down as much as possible is essential. These styles last up to 3 weeks, but can differ client to client.

 Wig Sew-in 

Sewing Down your Lace Wig is another install method. This method is great for clients who are allergic to glue or who may sweat a lot.  While it is secure enough not move, the side burns will need to be maintained by the client. Almost all Wig Sew-ins will need some form of baby hair. For this reason, this option is a little higher maintenance. 
Myth: This method last longer. 
Truth: This method is JUST an alternative, you'll still need to receive touchups at the same rate depending on how well you take care of your hair. 

 Removable Wig 

If You buy/bring a pre-made Lace wig I Can add an elastic band and customize it for you. This method is the most high Maintenance.
 

Traditional Closure Install 

A closure is a 4x4 Or 5x5 lace Piece. When purchasing a closure you will need to purchase 2-5 bundles that can be sewn or bonded in. All closures can be installed with or without glue. 'Without' must be requested at the time of your appointment. Because its only a fraction of a frontal, its a lot easier to maintain. If you have never worn lace before, it is recommended that you start here. 

Custom Closure Wigs

Custom closure wigs are the easiest removable lace wigs to maintain. They are super convenient and can be made as full as you like. You can wear it as a side part or middle part.

Frontal Install w/ adhesive

  

A Frontal is a 13 x 4 lace piece used as hair replacement for the front of your head. When you purchase a frontal you will need to purchase 2-5 bundles to either be bonded or sewn down. The number one advantage of frontals over wigs is that you can have it as full as  you like.  Whether you get the back bonded or sewn is preference.

You may also get your frontal sewn down. This method is great for clients who are allergic to glue or who may sweat a lot. Ideal Candidates has healthy edges, strong enough to endure slight tension. While it is secure enough not move, the side burns will need to be maintained by the client. Almost all frontal sew-ins will need some form of baby hair. For this reason this option is higher maintenance. 

Custom Frontal Wigs 

 

You also have the option to have a wig made with your frontal and bundles. This wig can be used as a removable wig or you can have it made and installed (installed in picture). This has the most advantages as you have the convenience of a wig, meaning you'll be able to reinstall easily, and it's also fuller than a pre made wig would be.

Got 2 B Glued

  

Another glueless Method for installing lace wigs, frontals and closures is using the popular brand Got 2 B glued gel. This product is a very tacky gel that will temporarily secure your lace in place. It acts like a gel in sweat and water so clients who may sweat a lot would not want to book this install. This install can last anywhere between 3-10 days.

Full Bang Wigs

The easiest wig to maintain of them all is the classic full bang wig this wig has no lace and can be made with bundles or beauty supply store hair. It is very convenient to pull on and go. These wigs can be made with 2-4 bundles/packs of hair depending on how long you would like the wig.
